Received sort record and wash all surgical instruments, anesthesia tubing and bottles in the mechanical washer & manual washing.
Disinfect all dirty instruments and equipment in the clean area.
Assemble and pack all surgical instruments and equipment in the clean area.
Sterilize and store all packs in the sterile area safely and effectively.
Operate all the machines in CSSD safely and effectively.
Establish and maintain positive professional relationship within the department and hospital staff.
Perform on call duties whenever assigned on roster during evening night and holiday.
Know the names of different instruments.
Know the names of different surgical/medical procedures.
Know the use of different sterilizing machines.
Prepare and understand and follow the hospital policy & procedures demonstrate positive attitude when it .comes to additional duties required by the head of department
Demonstrate professionalism and be a role model to colleagues.
