Receive and review admission applications and verify that all admission requirements and supporting documents are complete.
Enter, update, and maintain student records within the university information systems.
Process course registration; add/drop requests, withdrawals, deferments, and other academic transactions in accordance with university regulations.
Issue academic transcripts, enrolment certificates, graduation documents, and other official student records.
Maintain accurate and secure academic files and student records.
Respond to inquiries from students and faculty members regarding admissions and registration procedures.
Prepare reports, statistics, and analyses related to admissions and registration activities.
Coordinate with academic departments and colleges regarding study plans, course offerings, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with university policies, academic regulations, and quality standards.
Participate in the development and improvement of admissions and registration processes and electronic services.

Experience/familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet program, e.g., Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications.
Minimum of forty-five (45) words per minute typing speed (including typing from audiotape and shorthand).
High standard of written and oral communication skills in English
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to deal calmly with tact and diplomacy to ensure good rapport with other hospital staff.
Good communications, organizational and administrative skills.
Initiative and ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines in a busy office environment, without direct supervision
