الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for the development, implementation and review of Department Policies and Procedures.
- Management and control of the day-to-day activities of the section.
- Raise/follow up spare parts purchase order when required.
- Responsible for the technical evaluation of old medical equipment and recommendations for hospital uses.
- Responsible for assessing the compatibility and safety of all new medical equipment and their implementation in the maintenance arrangement plan.
- Responsible for the technical specifications/evaluation and appraisal of new rejected medical equipment.
- Responsible for the establishment and implementation of a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Analyze cost/work schedules, set priorities and expedite operations and repairs.
- Responsible for the preparation/approval of personnel evaluations/actions within the Biomedical Engineering Section.
- Supervise and coordinate all Maintenance Service Contracts that cover Biomedical Equipment by outside contracts such as X-ray, Radiation Therapy, Laboratory Chemical analyzer and cell counter, etc.
- Participate on safety procurement and other committees as required.
- Controlling performance of Maintenance Contractors.
- Preparation of Monthly reports and monthly on-call duty schedule.
- Conduct all monitoring activities in an efficient and timely manner.
- Develop all documentation, reports and memorandums accurately to the point and correct.
- Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities in all sites belonging to the Armed Forces Hospitals-Taif Region as required by the chief facility engineer .
المهارات
- Wide knowledge of biomedical equipment.
- Working of installation and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical safety environment.
- Able to use microsoft office program .
- Proficiency in English (read, write and speak) and Arabic language.
