FILE PORTER - مراسل

• Picks-up, sorts and delivers inter-departmental mail documents and other records between all departments of the hospital (where applicable).
• Ensures safe delivery of correspondences to various Hospital Departments.
• Exercises great care in the carrying and delivery of mails.
• Assists the secretary in maintaining the standardized filing system within the department.
• Relieves the secretary, acting as a receptionist in screening visitors and telephone calls.
• Assists with simple office tasks, including photocopying and typing.
• Maintains high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Notifies of equipment malfunction.
• Maintains supply store in food order and notifies of requirements.
• Performs other duties/tasks within the realm of the individual’s knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• FLUENCY IN WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH
