Ensure that all foods for patients and staff is prepared in accordance with the exact instructions given by Head cook or his assistant as per recipe.

Ensure correct storage of food products before and after cooking and maintain a clean work environment whilst observing good personal hygiene practices and ensure that work is carried out in safe manner.

Ensure that all equipment in kitchen is in good working condition.

Serve the food to the patients during tray line and serve to the staff on buffer counter.

Perform other applicable task during the work to improve knowledge , skills and abilities,

be familiar with the different culture.

Good communication skills of Arabic and English.
