المهام و الواجبات
1- responsible for the preparation of correspondence ,reports and records relating to the departrnent while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

5- Analyze data to make recommendation for process improvements'
6- Orientation lectures for newly hired employee'
7- Participates in TQM activities, including systems control' systems improvement and
hospital system.
8- Attend meetings as required and participate on committees as requested'
9- Assist in the preparation ofad-hoc reports as required'
10- undertake administrative work in all other department related matters as required'
11- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities' reading professional publications.
12- Perform the duties/tasks within the real of the individual 'knowledge 'skills and abilities, as required'
المهارات
1- Knowledge of data analysis tools.
2- High English language speaking.
3- Knowledge of English grammar, review and edit reports and correspond.
4- Familiar with all Microsoft office applications'
5- Effective communication skill.
6- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing English and Arabic.
