Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling all soft copy of information .
- Control of documentation coming into and out of the department and proper logging.
- Handle documentations confidentially.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure sending meetings related documents to the members as directed.
- Be secretary of the selected standing teams meetings as instructed.
- In charge of office stationary supplies.
- Processing and control of filling system within the department.
- Be responsible for documents distribution and collection.
- Be responsible for collecting and logging the entire incident coming to CQI & PS Department and handling Incident Reporting Acknowledgment Letter to the incident reporter.
- Responsible for data entry.
- Keep schedule of Head of CQI & PS Department as related to meetings attendance, visits to different areas and appointments.
- Operate office equipment: Telephone, fax, photocopier, printer and SCANNER .
- Maintains and updates INVENTORIES .
- Do basic trouble shooting to keep the office equipment OPERATING .
- Coordinate with vendor for office equipment repair and MAINTENANCE .
- Responds to telephone calls and forward massages as REQUIRED .
- Responsible for the deliveries of mail and photocopying MATERIALS .
- Supervise cleanliness and safety of office ENVIRONMENT .
- Performs any other duties as instructed by the CQI & PS DIRECTOR .
- Excellent verbal and written skills: English and Arabic preferable .
- Excellent in Computer skills .
- Good communication and organization skills — preferred .
- Team Player Personality .
