Job Description
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To fulfill the agreed Consultant work plan for the post. Details available on Directorate and specialty specific basis.
- To comply with published Consultant on-call rosters as agreed with the Clinical Director.
- To actively participate in all Directorate clinical, education and management activities.
- Through leadership of the clinical team to actively develop and improve services.
- To undertake any additional duties requested by the Clinical Director or Hospital Management.
Skills Description
- PERSONAL QUALITIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:
7.1 Essential: Well developed clinical leadership and teaching skills.
7.2 Essential: Ability to initiate and achieve service development.
