Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

           

 

 

  • Ensures through his/her actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center.

 

 

  • Completes, updates and analysis various weekly/ monthly reports.

 

 

  • Responsible for the overall establishment, maintenance and safekeeping of personnel records for all PSCC employees.

 

 

  • Participates in ensuring that Saudi Labour Law regulations are adhered to and advises on the impact of changes to the law relating to employees.

 

 

  • Supervises all incoming and outgoing correspondences to make sure of the accuracy of its content.

 

 

  • Coordinates with senior personnel assistant to distribute and follow-up work tasks among Personnel Assistants.

 

 

  • Develops and maintains filing process and other office systems.

 

 

  • Ensures the full range of Personnel administrative services and actions are carried out in Personnel Section.

 

 

  • Receives and responds to inquiries relating to HR issues as directed by the Head of Personnel.

 

 

  • Trains new staff in all aspects of their primary duties and responsibilities in Personnel Section.

 

 

  • Covers the Head of Personnel during vacations and when needed.

 

 

  • Coordinates with department heads to avoid disciplinary actions towards employees and find other solutions to improve the work relations.

 

 

  • Excellent ability to exercise sound independent judgment and effectively manage time and resources with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills.

 

 

  • Have knowledge of quality improvement principles as well as assessment techniques.

 

 

  • Serves on PSCC committees as requested.

 

 

  • Performs other related duties as required.
