الوصف الوظيفي
- Performs his/her duties and tasks as per Hospital Policy and Agreement on Professional Code of Conduct.
- Actively participates in all quality and performance improvement activities within the department and the hospital as per the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan.
- Actively participates in the education requirement for the department and the hospital as per the Hospital Education Program.
- Performs other applicable tasks and duties within the scope of practice and employment contract
- Operates of Delta 5100 Honeywell computer on 24 hours shift basis.
- Operates of Solidyne and Siemens computer on 25 hours shift basis.
- Programs menu points, CIL
- Responsible for direct communication with other section regarding alarms such as fire, security, access and other information.
- Daily and monthly reports of all points (log reports, water economy, irrigation system and lighting system).
- Receives telephone calls from all areas of KFMMC about problems or emergencies and take corrective actions by contacting appropriate personnel
- Receives and endoresment from previous duty operator for any work in progress, pending hobs, alarm that need close monitoring, etc.
- Monitors all alarms from three (3) monitoring system; eight (8) computers
- Honeywell, Excel building supervisor integrated (XBS-i)
- Solidyne, IZAC Control & Monitoring system (ICMS)
- Siemens, Desigo Insight.
- Checks telephone and portable radio if operating properly
- Visual checking of Delta A, B, & C for proper operation and functions.
- Check hospital critical alarm points.
- Scans CPU A, B & C (XBS-i), network 82, 85 & 50 (ICMS) and nursing college (Desigo Insight) for any usual alarm.
- Identifies alarm if emergency or non-emergency and which department it belongs to and appropriate request for their respective sections.
- Receives call from all technicians that are performing PPM or repairs of any unit that is connected to the monitoring system and coordinate with them by switching on/off sequence etc, or closely monitor while performing their tasks.
- Logs all alarms generated during the repair or PPM.
- Generating alarm report and send a copy of notification request for unfinished, pending unclear alarm status to their respective sections.
- Troubleshoots and repair when problem arise in the monitoring system (XBSi, ICMS, Desigo Insight) and perform periodic cleaning/maintenance as per BAS/PPM supervisor instructed.
- Programs or configure parameters of the monitoring system as per request.
- Reports directly to BAS/PPM supervisor for BASMON related concerns.
- Checks office supply stocks and order if necessary.
- Receives incoming calls from KFMMC residents and hospital during after working hours.
- Asks for duty engineer approval for overtime for emergency and non-emergency request that requires appropriate checking.
- Calls the duty engineer, supervisor and concern sections in the event of critical situations such as line break, equipment failure, positive fire, power outages, etc.
- Generates daily report
