الوصف الوظيفي
- Actively participates in all quality and performance improvement activities within the department and the hospital as per the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan
- Actively participates in the education requirement for the department and the hospital as per the Hospital Education Program
- Performs other applicable tasks and duties within the scope of practice and employment contract.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring all equipment and systems connected to the Building Automation System. He will ensure that notification is sent, and received, by applicable Sections responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment and systems when alarms and faults occur.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor will analysis frequency of faults and breakdowns with equipment and systems, generating reports with recommendations as required.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a call center for all after hour's emergencies and maintenance issues.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor will be responsible for the implementation, supervision and control of the engineering plant P.P.M. system and input of all information onto the computer.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor will be responsible for the implementation, supervision and control of computerized maintenance management systems.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor will ensure that the panels, in the following areas are monitored on a 24 hours basis of H.V.A.C., Water Treatment Plant, Irrigation System, External Lighting, Fire Alarm System.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor will monitor the satisfactory operation and maintenance of Honeywell Delta 5100 central monitoring system, by the Electronics Section, and all the associated peripheral units such as: Delta 5100 M.M.I.P., Delta 5100 X-laters Units, Delta 1000 C.P.U., Units of System Peripherals, Security Access Central Panel W1021, 28 D.G.P.’s S1000, 66 D.G.P.’s S1200, 46 D.G.P.’s S1500
- Provide training and supervision for the Operators on the operation and programming levels 1 & 2 of the Building Automation System; System, Error Reports / Response to Messages, Read / Command Procedures, Requested Logs, Data Files Save, Data File Entry, Alter System Functions, Messages Table Construction, Segregations, Functions Codes Programming.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor will monitor the repair and calibration of the following; Schleicher Control Modules, Nueberger Control Modules, Staefa Control Modules, etc.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor will perform level 4 programming (Honeywell Delta 5100) which will include the following; Totalizer calculations, Event initiated programs including time programs, Assign/modify descriptions and action messages, System Stop/Start, Content programming for Schleicher Pro-module Systems, i.e. adding / changing control points, software construction both disk and eprom data file save and PC documentation.
- Organize and supervise all work carried out by the B.A.S. Computer Operators and Work Control and Logistical Staff.
- Established and monitor the procedures for the Operators to follow in response to all circumstances that may arise due to alarms and telephoned information from KFMMC Staff. Provide work schedules for B.A.S. and Electronics Technicians.
- The B.A.S. and P.P.M. Supervisor shall ensure that all procedures are well documented, and updated as required. These shall be kept in manuals and posted. One manual will be kept in Engineering Administration and one manual in Technical Design Office.
المهارات
- Good knowledge of Delta 5100 and Delta 1000 software products and able to train junior staff.
- Knowledge of electronic medical control system.
- Advanced knowledge in Personal Computer.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Application Software.
- Good command in English both written and oral.
