• Monitor the operations of all components of the CQI & PS program.
• Recommend changes in policies , procedure and hospital operations related to quality for the enhancement of patient care , safety and efficient utilization of resources.
• Recommend changes in CQI & PS program operations to program Director
• Provide and effective mechanism to objectively assess current compliance with the MSD directive on ongoing basis in all departments and operations.
• Act as a resource or consultant to committee/services with quality improvement functions to assist then in interpreting and complying with all phases of CQI & PS program.
• Represent the hospital in the CBAHI.
• Supervise , direct and evaluate all CQI & PS staffs.
• Develop and update policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Must have good critical thinking Skills
• Must be computer Literate
• Knowledge related to the specialty .
• Must have leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to change focus given added demands and/ or new responsibilities
