طبيب استشاري طب الاسرة - عيادة الموظفين (Consultant in FCM - Employees Clinic)

1 Abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Reg Medical Staff and those specific to the department/division.
2 Uses clinical skills and methods appropriate to a primary care setting to anal complaints and establish a plan of action in his/her best interest.
3 Initiates investigations which will confirm, establish or rule out diagnosis, or the patient.
4 Refers patients for appropriate specialist opinion or treatment as deemed ne patient.
5 Establishes a therapeutic relationship with patients/families in an effort to prom and shared participation in a caring environment patients.
6 Follows up those patients with on-going or chronic illness or when a therap requires evaluation
7 Carries out other clinical duties as assigned by the Director of Family & Comm and in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges.
8 Teaches staff assigned for training purposes, and participates with the Director Director of Postgraduate and Academic Affairs in planning a program development for trainees
9 Participates in the improvement of quality of patient care (Total Quali Programme, Quality Assessment Improvement Programme), as applicable.
10 Fulfills the requirements of the Saudi Council for Health Specialties continuing medical education.
11 Deputises for his superior as required and shares workload in his speci absence of his colleagues.
12 Strives to improve his standard of practice with regard to morbi effectiveness
13 Participates in the forward planning , and further development of the department
14 Participates in the Major Disaster Plan of the hospital, as indicated.

1 Graduate from a recognized medical school
2 Saudi Board or equivalent higher qualification in Family & Community Medicine.
3 Clinical Diplomas, e.g. DCH, DRCOG or MTM0H
4 Specialized professional post higher qualification experience in
Community Medicine as a Senior Registrar as follows:
a) Minimum of four (4) years (Category A hospitals)
b) Minimum of three (3) years (Category B + C hospitals)
5 Experience in Family & Community Medicine
6 Experience in teaching and training of Residents at a reco university.
7 Preferred:
- Self motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field
- Ability to speak, write and read Arabic and English
- Proven management and leadership skills.

Saudi Board or equivalent higher qualification in Family & Community Medicine.
