• Supwising the trayline in preparing meals þrovided to the patiens and guests.
• Supervising the receipt of supplies and following-up the method of preservation.
• Supervising the preparation of meals and following-up with head chef.
• To conduct the Patient's Satisfaction Survey every six months to know the patient's concerns and feedback regarding the Dietary Services.
• To contribute as required to relevant areas of health education.
• To assist in research projects and relevant education of medical, nursing and catering staff.
• To assist with the production of teaching aids and diet sheet required by the department.
• To liaise with Catering Department.
• To cover duties of the other members of the department, as required, due to leave or sickness.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Technical nutritional care management in a specialty area.
• Hand-on in diet preparation.
• Computer Technology.
