• Participate in the on-call duties as required by the department.

• Carry-out routine ultrasound room, equipment and department are kept clean and tidy at all times.

• Follow the regulation of radiation protection strictly to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation hazards.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current developments and new techniques and changes within the profession.

• Report any equipment fault to Senior Radiographer with accurate details of malfunction.

• Ensure that fire prevention regulations are observed at all times.
