Assess the physiotherapy requirements of individual patients and in conjunction with the Senior Physiotherapist plan programs of treatment.

Implement plan of treatment using skilled techniques, referring to Senior Physiotherapist when necessary.

Supervise and monitor the performance of Physiotherapy Technicians, Aides and students.

Provide written reports and notes regarding clinical findings for individual patients; maintain progress reports on patients; and provide information for input into program information.

Maintain knowledge of current developments and new techniques within physiotherapy.

Maintain good communication and working relationships with other physiotherapy staff, medical and nursing staff, and other relevant disciplines.

Take an active part in all areas, on-call and weekend rotas.

Take active participation in the department education program (i.e. in-service, sharing lecture and etc).

- Willing to rotate as required by Department administration to provide the best patient care coverage and cross training of staff.

 Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

- Ability to deal calmly, with tact and diplomacy to patients and staff alike.

 - Ability to respect patient confidentiality.
