المهام و الواجبات
3.1 Is responsible for the preparation of correspondence, reports and records relatingto the department while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
3.2 Review position qualifications and licensure requirements for compliance with the Kingdom and Hospitalguidelines.
3.3 Act as an Academic Coordinator, organize Human Resources related lectures and si responsible for Continuous Education Program.
3.4 Train and supervise HR Specialist and conduct this methodically and comprehensively with patience and understanding.
3.5 Research, plan and manage if appropriate, the introduction of innovative. performance related pay foridentified employees.
3.6 Participates ni TQM activities, including systems control, systems improvementand hospital system.
3.7 Work as a team member to update/review staffing planning in a periodic basis.
3.8 Attend meetings as required and participate on committees as requested.
3.9 Actively participates in taskforces and other working groups, as assigned.
3.10 Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
3.9 Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications.
3.6 Performs other duties/tasks within the realm of the individual's knowledge, skills and abilities, as required.

6.1 Essential: Knowledge of job evaluation methods.
6.2 Essential: Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
6.3 Essential: Knowledge of Saudi Social Insurance Law.
6.4 Essential: Excellent English language speaking.
6.5 Essential: Knowledge of English grammar, review and edit reports and correspondence.
