Responsible for developing methods to track healthcare delivery trends with the intent of creating action able data to support the hospital's performance improvement program.
Ensure completeness of data collection.
Maintain statistics and ensure data are valid and up to-date.
Enter all performance indicators data to Data Analysis Program.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the CQI & PS Director.
