المهام و الواجبات
4.1 Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates individual patient care.
4.2 Supervises junior and new staff and participates in orientation and development program
4.3 Takes charge of the unit in the absence of the person responsible as required or requested.
4.4 Responsible for total nursing care of patients who may be diagnosed with congenital defects, delivery complications and prematurity.
4.5 Participates in the on-going training and development program of the department/unit.
4.6 Takes responsibility for his/her own professional conduct and growth.
4.7 Acts in accordance with all agreed Hospital and Departmental policies and procedures at all times.
4.8 Behaves in a professional manner at all times.
4.9 Protects patients’ confidentiality in accordance with the hospital policy.
4.10 Formulate nursing care plans and assess, plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments in these plans.

- Good interpersonal skills.
- Possess professional, friendly and warm demeanor with effective collaborative communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Basic Computer (Microsoft Office).
