6.1. Performs his/her duties and tasks as per Hospital Policy and Agreement on Professional Code of Conduct.

6.2. Actively participates in all quality and performance improvement activities within the department/service and within the hospital as per Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan.

6.3. Actively participates in all the education requirement and activities as per the Hospital Education Program.

6.4. Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the scope of practice and employment contract.

6.5. Perform clinical and related duties as assigned.

6.6. Supervised the clinical work of Senior House Officer as may be assigned from time to time.

6.7. Participate in the continuing education processes and instruct SHOs.

6.8. Undertake further study and training under the guidance of the Supervisor Trainer of Doctor in-charge of session.

6.9. Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of employee's knowledge, skills and abilities.

6.10. Working minimum 7 sessions a week including morning and night shifts during weekdays and weekends.

10.1. Ability to deal calmly, with tact and diplomacy with patients and staff alike. 10.2. Respect patient/ department confidentiality code of practice.

10.3. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

10.4. Self- motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field.
