• Fully conversant with the operational sequence of the plant equipments and performs corrective and preventive maintenance with a minimum level of supervision
• Responsible for the execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance Program as scheduled for all machineries and equipments in the hospital.
• Aware of proper implementation of Safety Rules and Regulations for the execution of the job.
• Responsible to perform trouble shooting for all the machineries or mechanical equipment

• Must be graduated in the technical/vocational school specialized in mechanical equipment and motor. 
• Minimum of 5 years experienced in a construction company, designing firms or operation and maintenance in a hospital, commercial or industrial plant environment.
• Must have experience in electrical installation such as power, lighting and controls.
• Knows how to interpret plans and drawing related to his profession and execute them accordingly.
• Have good experience and knowledge in repairing and maintaining with proper operation of equipments such as water pumps, pneumatic compressors, vacuum pumps and power generators, etc.
• Have knowledge of implementing such working standard procedures related to his jobs
