المهام و الواجبات
Performs his/her duties and tasks as per Hospital Policy and Agreement on Professional Code of Conduct.
Actively participates in all quality and performance improvement activities within the department/service and within the hospital as per Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan.
Actively participates in all the education requirement and activities as per the Hospital Education Program.
Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the scope of practice and employment contract.
Provide legal opinion and advices as required by Director of Legal Affairs.
Follow-up government laws and regulations that affect the function of the facility.
Provide advice on preparing, drafting and/or negotiating contracts within or outside the Kingdom as required and to assure concurrence with Saudi rules and regulations.
Review contracts to assure their concurrence with rules and regulations of the Kingdom.
Participate and assists in formulating and drafting rules and policies of all KFMMC activities.
Participate in committees in matters involving contracts problems as required.
Participate in self and others education, training & development, as applicable.
Follow all KFMMC related policies and procedures.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.

Ability to build strong rapport with KFMMC senior executives and associates based on knowledge, professionalism, and integrity.
