Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assists in the establishments of schedules and methods for the testing and installation of assigned electronics and communications engineer’s projects.
2. Prepares acquisitions and or installation cost estimates.
3. Researches, develops, designs and test electronic component, products and system for industrial, medical and scientific applications.
4. Applying principles and techniques of electronic engineering.
5. Maintain electronic components and integrated electronic systems
6. Prepares preliminary engineering calculations, drawings, equipments specification and other supporting data for new or potential projects;
7. Monitor BMS (Building Management System) understand the logic of controls read schematic drawings. Monitor the fire alarm system.
8. Conducts tests on installed systems; evaluates failed components and failure trends; makes recommendations to resolve problems;
9. Evaluates and determines appropriate materials for use in electronics and communications equipments and systems.
10. Conducts on-site inspections of electronics and communications installations;
11. Coordinate engineering work with and provides engineering technical support to other departments and outside clinics and satellite clinics.
12. Performs additional responsibilities including on-call engineer.
13. Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.

Specialized Knowledge

1. Strong leadership skills and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
2. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify causes of landscaping problems and develop recommendations for improvement.
3. Basic computer skills including knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Able to develop engineering project work scopes, criteria, budgets and schedules.
5. Knowledge of operations, services and activities of a comprehensive electronics and communication engineering program.
6. Special knowledge in Building Management System
