المهام و الواجبات
• Take patient' s vital signs, determines any abnormal range, records and reports to the staff nurse.
• Performs routine tasks under the supervision of Registered Nurse.
• Helps patient for ambulation and mobilization.
• Provide health teachings to patient and their family.
• Answers call for help.
• Assists in serving meals.
• Bathe and help dress patient.
• Make beds and perform light housekeeping duties in patient's room.
• Provides skin care.
• Set up equipment.
• Orders, store and move supplies.
• Empty bedpans and change dirty linen.
• Assists the nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures.
• Transports patient to treatment room or other department like X-ray, ultrasound and other procedures.
• Be responsible in ordering and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Deliver forms/urgent specimens when required.
• Ensure that the laundries are sent in a timely manner to the Laundry to make sure that the Ward has enough supply of linen.
• Document on the log book every patients name with their corresponding patient number and the procedure to be done.
• Be responsible in entering data, keeping the specimen log book and gowning.

• Secures appointment for patients.
