المهام و الواجبات
5.1 Plans, develops, and implements comprehensive Training Programs and Curriculum pertaining to Fire and Safety for all Hospital staff.
5.2 Collects and organizes training materials and provides direction and objectives for the fire and safety training.
5.3 Serve as an advisor to the EHSD department on a organization training, fire fighting related training and educational requirements set forth by the NFPA, JCI, OSHA and the Civil Defense.
5.4 Administer a training record system.
5.5 Conduct fire safety training to In-service staff and orientation to new hire personnel.
5.6 Conduct Fire Drills to all Hospital Facilities.
5.7 Development of forms and report generation.
5.8 Develop recommendations for policies to support the training program.
5.9 Represents the EHSD at meetings, both internal and external.
المهارات
7.1 Minimum of eight (8) years experience, at least three (3) of which should be in a training instructor at professional fire and safety department preferably in a healthcare facilities.
7.2 Attended formal training and seminars on Fire and Safety Instructor Level.
7.3 Must obtain and maintain Fire Fighting 1 and 2 Instructor.
