الوصف الوظيفي
- Performs transcribing duties under the supervision of the.
- Performs communication and transcribes all reports from dictated material.
- Performs other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of ”his/her knowledge and ability.
- Acquainted with hospital policies and the function of other departments of the hospital.
- To maintain the highest quality of patient's health care and confidentiality of all patients medical information as per policies and procedures.
المهارات
- Responsible for accurate, timely transcription dictated or handwritten medical information.
- Proofreads typewritten material to verify typographic accuracy and coherence of content using knowledge of medical terminology and referring medical dictionaries and otherreferences,when necessary .
- Assures complete identification of patient information on each report.
- Maintains confidentiality of all patients radio logical imaging results as per policies and procedures .
- Notifies Radiologist of missing inaudible dictation.
- Coordinates transcribed reports according to department procedures.
- Attends all telephone inquiries with good communication skills.
- Prepares and submit monthly reported/ quality
- monitoring of Turn Around time . (TAT-KPI)
- Reliever of Medical Secretary during his/her absence.
