Personnel Management of the IT & EC Directorate in conjunction with the Human Resources

Financial Management (development and control) of the IT & EC budgets in conjunction with the Program Director
الإدارة المالية (التطوير والسيطرة) لميزانيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات و والاتصالات الإلكترونية بالتزامن مع مدير البرنامج
Any other managerial projects as assigned by the Hospital Director

Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals

Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management

Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

Develop reliable metrics for hardware, software and storage while ensuring strategic capacity planning

Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management

Technical Responsibilities:

The IT & EC Director will be responsible for all the sections making up the IT & EC Directorate

Qualifications
المؤهلات
Bachelor degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Since or related field
درجة البكالوريوس في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو المجال ذات الصلة
Desirable: master (MSC) degree or Higher in the field of Information Technology, Computer Since or related field
يفضل درجة الماجستير أو أعلى في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو المجال ذات الصلة
Experiences
الخبرات
Having at least seven (7)+ years of total experience five (5) years in management level
وجود ما لا يقل عن سبع (7) سنوات من إجمالي الخبرة خمس (5) سنوات في مستوى الإدارة

Have in depth knowledge of at least one and working experience of the following systems:
