المهام و الواجبات

 

 

  • Duties and Responsibilities:        

 

 

                 The employee will:

5.1     Participate in the development of Hospital objectives, HR philosophy and strategic planning in relation to HR programmers and current trends in human resources management.

 

5.2     Develop goals and objectives for the Human Resources Department and initiate specific programmers for the various functions of the department to implement Hospital policy of the Human Resources Department and procedures, Terms and Conditions to achieve goals and objectives.

 

5.3     Ensure the implementation of Hospital Executive Committee decisions relating to HR through the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.

 

5.4     Ensure that all Human Resources policies, procedures and practices comply with Hospital and MSD regulations, and with the laws and customs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

 

 

 

5.5     Direct the planning, development and implementation of the Hospital compensation/benefits program, reviewing periodically for market currency and internal consistency.

 

5.6     Provide guidance and control of the activities of the managers and staff in all divisions of Human Resources Department, ensuring maximum utilization and efficient deployment of the Human Resources at his disposal.

 

5.7     maintain the integrity of the budgeted staffing establishment, and evaluate the validity of requests for creation/deletion of positions for all departments and divisions in the Hospital.

 

5.8     Develop and maintain progressive human resources systems, control systems and capabilities for the analysis of human resources related statistics.

 

5.9     Liaise closely with other division and department heads in order to anticipate, identify and resolve human resources related issues.

 

5.10   Liaise with MODA Medical Services Directorate regarding human resources related issues.

 

5.11   Attend meetings as required, participate in and chair committee as requested, and action decisions and recommendations.

 

5.12   Participate in professional activities to keep abreast of developments in the Human Resources field.

 

5.13   Maintain effective and efficient utilization of the techniques and tools of professional Human Resources Management by all employees.

 

5.14   Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.

المهارات

7.0      Professional Experience:

7.1     Minimum of ten (10) years comprehensive experience after graduation in senior position in Human Resources and charge of a large multi-administration function administration in large complex organizations .

 

          (Desirable)

 

 

7.2     Extensive exposure to policy determination, financial management, planning and problem solving.

 

7.3     Experience in a health care environment.
