استشاري أعصاب باطنه / Consultant Neurologist

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Carries   out   the   evaluation,   diagnosis   and   treatment   of    patients   with  Neurological  &  related  diseases  &  and to do investigational and therapeutic procedures whenever required.
2. Offer consultation to other units or departments.
3. Takes on-call duty according to Departmental  ROTA.
4. Participates in teaching of training of the medical junior staff, medical students, and other staff who need it.
5. Undertake and participates in research projects in collaboration with medical and paramedical staff as appropriate.
6. Participates in the administration of the department as allocated by Chief of Medicine.
7. Participates   in   the   Quality   Improvement   activities   in   the   department.

Specialized Knowledge

• Background in Neurology Medicine (Mandatory).
• Experience in teaching  and  clinical research  (desirable).
• Computer  Skills (desirable).

MB Bch and Board certificate in Neurology specialty by an Accredited university like American or Arab Board
