المهام و الواجبات
1 Perform as a Team member when selected and assigned as such by the Superintendent radiation therapist /Deputy Superintendent radiation therapist. As a Team member, he will act as partially In-Charge of the Radiation Therapy Location (CT Simulator, Treatment Units and Brachytherapy), where other radiation therapist will be reporting directly to him. He is to ensure that all the required management and organization and its related highest standard and in an efficient manner and is in compliance with departmental and policies and procedures.
2 Ensure that all the required daily, weekly and monthly Radiation Therapy QA procedures in the Mould Room, CT Simulator, Treatment Units and Brachytherapy Treatments Procedures is completed in a timely manner and is in compliance with the departmental and policies and procedures.
3 Ensure that all the require Pre/During/Post Radiation Therapy QA Procedures in the Mould Room Procedures is completed in a timely manner and is in compliance with the departmental and policies and procedures.
4 Inform, update and follow-up with the Superintendent/Deputy radiation therapist on any issues that can affect the efficient running or may affect the quality care that need to be provided to the patients for the Radiation Therapy Procedures.
5 Assist the Deputy Superintendent radiation therapist to prepare and submit a monthly QA Audit review.
6 Assist the Deputy Superintendent radiation therapist and the Clinical Tutor to provide the required training program for the Radiation Therapy Students.
7 Continuously be updated with the current Evidence-based clinical and technical knowledge related to Radiation Therapy.
8 Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
1 يعمل كعضو في الفريق عند اختياره وتعيينه على هذا النحو من قبل المعالج الإشعاعي المشرف / نائب المعالج الإشعاعي المشرف. بصفته عضوًا في الفريق، سيعمل كمسؤول جزئي عن موقع العلاج الإشعاعي (محاكي التصوير المقطعي المحوسب ووحدات العلاج والعلاج الإشعاعي الموضعي)، حيث سيكون المعالج الإشعاعي الآخر مسؤولاً عنه مباشرةً. يجب عليه التأكد من أن جميع الإدارة والتنظيم المطلوبين وما يرتبط بهما من أعلى المعايير وبطريقة فعالة ويتوافق مع الإدارات والسياسات والإجراءات.
2 التأكد من أن جميع إجراءات ضمان الجودة للعلاج الإشعاعي اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية المطلوبة في غرفة القوالب ومحاكي الأشعة المقطعية ووحدات العلاج وإجراءات العلاج الإشعاعي الموضعي مكتملة في الوقت المناسب وتتوافق مع الإدارة والسياسات والإجراءات.
3 تأكد من أن جميع إجراءات ضمان الجودة قبل / أثناء / بعد العلاج الإشعاعي في إجراءات غرفة العفن قد اكتملت في الوقت المناسب وتتوافق مع الإدارة والسياسات والإجراءات.
4 إبلاغ وتحديث ومتابعة المشرف / نائب المعالج الإشعاعي بشأن أي مشكلات يمكن أن تؤثر على التشغيل الفعال أو قد تؤثر على جودة الرعاية التي يجب تقديمها للمرضى لإجراءات العلاج الإشعاعي.
5 مساعدة نائب المشرف على المعالج الإشعاعي في إعداد وتقديم مراجعة شهرية لتدقيق ضمان الجودة.
6 مساعدة نائب المشرف على العلاج الإشعاعي والمعلم السريري في توفير البرنامج التدريبي المطلوب لطلاب العلاج الإشعاعي.
7 يتم تحديثه باستمرار بالمعرفة السريرية والتقنية الحالية القائمة على الأدلة المتعلقة بالعلاج الإشعاعي.
8 أداء المهام والواجبات الأخرى المعمول بها في مجال معارف الموظف ومهاراته وقدراته.
المهارات
1 Good working knowledge of ARIA or equivalent Electronic Patient Management system.
2 Good working knowledge and experience in QA procedures based on JCI, ACR, QUATRO, or equivalent program.
3 Ability to work independently to achieve stated objectives.
4 Graduated from a recognized radiation therapy school/ institute.
5 Bachelor's or Associate degree in radiation therapy.
6 Valid registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialist.
7 Two (2) years of related experience as radiation therapist with Bachelor,
1 معرفة عملية جيدة بـ ARIA أو ما يعادله من نظام إدارة المرضى الإلكتروني.
2 معرفة عملية جيدة وخبرة في إجراءات ضمان الجودة بناءً على JCI أو ACR أو QUATRO أو برنامج معادل.
3 القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل لتحقيق الأهداف المعلنة.
4 تخرج من مدرسة / معهد علاج إشعاعي معترف به.
5 درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في العلاج الإشعاعي.
6 تسجيل ساري المفعول من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
7 سنتين (2) من الخبرة ذات الصلة كمعالج إشعاعي بدرجة البكالوريوس،
