اخصائي تموين / Supply Officer

• Assist the Material Manager in monitoring, management and planning of material (stock items) required within the hospital organization.

• Monitor stock level and duplication of items.

• Execute and print stock reorder profiles for procurement if and when necessary based on item stocking levels.

• Liaise regularly with Heads of Department and staff in regards to their stock requirements.

• Prepares various reports in relation to Material Management.

• Provides assistance and advice on stock issues to all hospital staff when required.

• Assign unique stock numbers for items to be added in the hospital stock catalogue.

• Performs other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge.

• Essential: Mature disposition and leadership ability.

• Essential: Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively under pressure.

• Essential: Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment.
