المهام و الواجبات
-Counsel students individually on social matters.
- Observe the general physical well-being of all students.
-Investigate and report to the appropriate authority on any non-academic matter brought to her/his attention by student.
-Deal with medical emergencies, accidents or the onset of student illness during class time.
-Assist in the induction of new first year students.
-Prepare a student information pamphlet, outlining the social and recreational aspects of student life in the college.
-Organize the educational programs & secure resources of the students club.
-Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
المهارات
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic & English.
-Good analytical skills (e.g. ability to visualize, articulate, solve complex, problems, and make decisions based on logical thinking.)
- Excellent communications, facilitating and management skills.
- Ability to use initiative to enhance service.
-Diplomacy, integrity and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
