• Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency & Compliance.
• Assists in the management of data related to tendering process

• Liaises with Purchasing Representative to provide contractual and compliance advice

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring related liabilities and third-party contracts 

• Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements

• Actively contributes to the development & implementation of all rules and procedures governing tendering and contract processes, ensuring compliance with internal and governmental regulations.

• Collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.

• Prepare evaluation reports and other corresponding documents in accordance with the standards 

• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.

Education/Licensure:

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Business related specialty, i.e., Accountancy, Business, Economics, or Law.

Desirable: Master’s in Degree in Business related specialty, i.e., Accountancy, Business, Economics, or Law.

Professional Experience:

Essential: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a business environment encompassing auditing, management consultancy and the preparation of tenders and contracts.

• Experience of Committee works.

• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian rules and regulations pertaining to procurement of Government purchases.

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in multi-cultural environment.

• Ability to work without supervision.

• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
