• Duties and responsibilities:

• Provides a Database about performance indicators on the intranet of health Care Facility.

• Compares and analyzes performance indicators annually to monitor Quality Improvement.

• Collects and analyzes data according to the current information technology methods.

• Supports the implementation of EBHC through the provision of evidence based databases on the intranet, and work towards the provision of Clinical Guidelines and Clinical Pathways based on valid scientific evidence in coordination with EBHC Team of the health care facility.

• Performs regular audits about patient oriented outcomes that matter (POEM) in health care.

• Guides and encourages all research to address patient oriented outcomes that matter (POEM) in health care.

• Provides information and technical support to all CQI projects in health care facility.

• Provides consulting and technical support to all departments in Medical Information field.

• Maintains confidentiality at all times.

• Coordinates with Information Technology Department in SAFH to prevent duplication of work.

• Performs any other duties as assigned by the CQI&PS Director.

Bachelor Degree in Health Care Sciences/ medical informatics
