Performs all applicable tasks and duties within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities as assigned by the Medical Record supervisor and Patient Affairs Director.
Proven working knowledge of: Medical / Hospital terminology, Anatomy and Physiology, Disease entity, Rules of nomenclature, Computer systems as they pertain to Medical records.
Use of reference materials, Data entry-demonstrating average (40/45 world per minute) speed.
Comprehensive command of the English language both verbal and written.
