Duties and Responsibilities
- Installation of new and/or upgrade of all software, hardware and its utilities with the Maintenance Contractor Resident Engineer..
- Tests, monitors and implements new technical and support systems.
- Liaison with S&P, Operations and users regarding day to day queries.
- Carries out all technical support analyst duties and such other job related duties as may be required.
- Carries out the duties of a System Engineer
- Setting up all accounts, group, users configuration and passwords.
- Setting up all I/O configurations.
Skills
Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box), Windows Hyper-v
