مندوب مشتريات صيدلية

1. تنفيذ جميع طلبات الشراء في أقرب وقت ممكن.

2. مراقبة وتنسيق ومراقبة عقود الموردين مع المنشأة.
3. البحث عن أفضل الأسعار التنافسية ومنتجات ذات جودة عالية للبرنامج.

4. إعداد ملخص الاقتباس لجميع طلبات الشراء.

5. إرسال جميع أوامر الشراء بالفاكس إلى البائعين وتأكد من استلامها.

6. أي واجبات أو مسؤوليات أخرى قد تسندها إدارة المشتريات.

7. الانتهاء من إجراءات أوامر الشراء المسلمة حتى تقديمها إلى الإدارة المالية

1- Implement all purchasing requests as soon as possible.

2-Monitor, coordinate and control supplier contracts with the company.

3- Looking for the best competitive prices and quality products for the program.

4- Prepare the quotation summary of all purchasing requests.

5- Send as Fax all Purchase Orders to vendors and make sure of receiving them.

6- Any other duties or responsibilities which may be assigned by the Purchasing Management.

7-Completion of the delivered Purchase Orders procedures until submission to Finance Department.

1. المؤهلات أو الخبرة ذات الصلة:أ) دبلوم لا يقل عن سنتين ونصف في الصيدلة.ب) دورات على مستوى الكلية في المحاسبة. التسويق والمشتريات المرغوب فيه

2. الصفات الشخصية:أ) المهارات التنظيميةب) شخصية لطيفةج) يجب أن تكون قادرة على تحفيز الموظفين والعمل كجزء من فريق.

3. الخبرة:أ) ثلاث (3) سنوات من الخبرة في شراء مستلزمات ومعدات المستشفياتب) المعرفة بإجراءات المحاسبة والشراء والتسويق.

Qualifications or Relevant Experience:

A) diploma of at least two and a half years in pharmacy.B) College-level courses in accounting. Desirable marketing and procurement
Personal Qualities:
a) Organizational skills
b) Pleasant personality
c) Must be able to motivate staff and work as part of a team
Experience:
a) Three (3) years experience in the purchasing of hospital supplies and equipments
b) Knowledge of accounting, purchasing and marketing procedures.
