2.1. يقوم بتدريس دورات اللغة الإنجليزية في فصل دراسي رسمي للمتدربين السعوديين وموظفي المستشفى.

2.2. يساعد في تطوير منهج اللغة الإنجليزية كجزء من فريق تخطيط المناهج.

2.3. تطوير استراتيجيات التدريس والمواد التي هي حساسة ل

2.3.2. المستوى الحالي للمتدربين في اللغة الإنجليزية

2.3.3. سياسات التدريب و

2.3.4. دين وثقافة المملكة العربية السعودية.

2.5. يدير التقييمات التكوينية والملخصة بانتظام لمعرفة المتدربين باللغة الإنجليزية وإتقانهم لأعمال الدورة التدريبية الحالية

2.6. يقيم ويحافظ على سجل تقدم المتدربين وحضورهم. 
2.7. يخطط للعمل العلاجي والمهام للمتدربين الذين فشلوا في تحقيق التقدم المطلوب ،

2.8. المحامون المتدربون فيما يتعلق بتقدمهم ومواقفهم وحضورهم.

2.9. يقدم تقارير شهرية إلى مركز الدراسات الصحية المساعد للشؤون الأكاديمية ولجان الدورات ذات الصلة.

2.10. يحضر برامج التطوير المهني / التعليم المستمر على النحو الموصى به من قبل مركز الدراسات الصحية المساعد للشؤون الأكاديمية أو لجنة المراجعة الأكاديمية.

2.11. يشارك في تخطيط وإعداد وتقديم برامج التطوير المهني / التعليم المستمر حسب توجيهات مركز الدراسات الصحية المساعد للشؤون الأكاديمية.

4- Prepares in-house course materials and audio-visual aids to supplement and assist in the delivery of commercially published material.

5- Administers regular formative and summative assessments of the trainees’ knowledge of English and their mastery of current course work.

6- Evaluates and maintains a record of trainees’ progress and attendance.

7- Plans remedial work and assignments for trainees failing to achieve the required progress,

8- Counsels trainees with respect to their progress, attitudes and attendance.

9- Submits monthly reports to the assistant health studies center for academic affairs and relevant course committees.

10- Attends professional development / continuing-education programmes as recommended by the assistant health studies center for academic affairs or the Academic Review Committee.

11- Participates in the planning, preparation and delivery of professional development / continuing-education programmes as directed by the assistant health studies center for academic affairs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with English as major subject, from an approved university or college is essential.

A recognized postgraduate professional teaching qualification, or equivalent, is essential.

Personal Qualities:

With rare exceptions, only native-speakers of Arabic will be appointed.

Ability to work in a foreign country as a member of a team.

A willingness and ability to adapt teaching materials and teaching styles to local conditions.
