3.1 Undertakes monitoring and recording of Boiler operations as part of24 hours shift
rota. Troubleshoot, perform corrective action or minor repair as required.
3.2 Operates and maintains required parameters for boiler feed water.
3.3 Undertakes mixing and administration of chernicals to dosing systems as required.
Carries out daily water testing (TDS, hardness, pH, conductivity).
3.5 Monitors water and fuel tank levels.
3.6 Carries out PPM Tasks where appropriate as requested by boiler foreman.
3.7 Monitors all plant in boiler house and pump house.
3.8 Protects and upholds the rights ofthe patients and their families.
3.9 Participates in quality improvernent and patient safety activities and attends quality
improvement educational activities as appropriate.
3.10 Adheres to infection control guidelines.
