Job Description
3.1 Coordinates recruitment logistics for employees on intetnational and local employment
contracts.
3.2 Ensures the completeness of candidate's presentations and curriculum vitas' (cvs) and
submits them for approval.
3.3 Processes all recruitment transactions and Recruitment Request Forms (RRFs), including
entering RRF information into the database, PreparinB folders, appropriate filing of
documents and notifying international recruitment firms of vacant positions.
3.,4 Organizes and facilitates the PSAFH Orientation program. Presents the Human Resource
lecture and other lectures as necessary at the Orientation program.
J.:t liaises with all overseas recruitment agencies to coordinate job offers, contract and visa
details.
3.7 prepares reports on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis detailing status of vacant, filled and
positions in process.
3.10 Oeals with the initial screening of employment applications.
3.1I Track CVs and identifies where candidates are in the approval process.
3.12 Liaises with Housing and Travel Departments to arrange for housing allocation and ticketing.
3,13 Responds to general inquiries from \"walk-in\" apPlicants, candidates, departments and
recruitment agencies.
3.14 Updates the PSAFH recruitment website as necessary.
Assesses the services provided by international recruitment agencies, processes invoices and
liaises regarding staffing issues'
work with Department Heads to prepare draft advertisements including writing, arranging for
advertisements to be posted and distributed to appropriate sources'
Updates the PSAFH Employee Handbook.
Generaltyping and other clerlcaltasks as necessary'
Performs other related duties as required.
Skills Description
Fluent in written and spoken En8lish. (Preferred certificate in English)
