مدير قسم تدريب الفنيين/ Maintenance Training Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITLES:

1-Performs, participates in or manages all duties related to maintenance training.

2-Determines requirements for formal technical training needs based on operational and regulatory requirements; coordinates and schedules such training with aircraft and engine  or qualified training vendors; administers associated documentation requirements.

3-Develops and administers policy and procedures for apprentice technicians.

4-Develops and conducts the training for  the new technical employees.

5-Administers all training requirements as per GACA and FAA standards and part 125, to include all training requirement as applicable to the duties and responsibilities of each position and location.

6-Maintains a filing system of all maintenance training records and documentation for all maintenance personnel.

7-Performs other functions as related to training as requested.

Required Qualifications:

1-Diploma in aviation Maintenance.

2-Valid FAA License and GACA License and A&P.

3- (3 years) experience or more  as a technical training manger.

4-  experience in working on Gulfstream family.

5-(10 years) experience or more as a Aircraft maintenance technical.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to interpret and effectively communicate complex technical data and processes associated with maintenance training curriculum

-Able to take initiative, creating, implementing and improving procedures.

-Strong knowledge of  Part 125 air carrier certificate.
