Job Responsibilities:

-Performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts.

-Apply technical knowledge of power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions.

-Receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician, will occasionally be required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks.

-May be required to troubleshoot malfunctions in controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems to ensure aircraft remains in safe operating condition.

-Perform such typical maintenance functions as cabling, component removal/installation, wire harness removal/installation, fabrication/repair of wire assemblies, and continuity checks.

-Determine if work can safely be accomplished if aircraft is in a power-on mode and be able to conduct necessary testing if in a power-on mode.

- install all wiring assemblies, static lines, and associated mechanical equipment.

-Follow all applicable specifications to accomplish a specific task.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Perform work within estimated hours.

-Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of MEDEVAC and GACA.

-Work with little or no supervision and accomplish assignments with little or no rework.

-Read and utilize blueprints the manual codes, illustrated parts catalogs, service bulletins and other documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments.

Qualifications:

-Diploma in aviation Electronics.

-Valid GACA License.

-AW139 Helicopter as Avionics Technicians Course.

-4 years experience or more as an Avionics.

-Advanced Level of English.
