Job Description
- Carry out the radiographic duties, both plain, routine and special radiological investigations and also for portable x-ray where they are needed in the hospital.
- Produce radiographs of good quality and diagnostic value.
- Keep the x-ray room clean and tidy.
- Take proper care of the patient while in the department and also see to it the patient’s privacy and protection against excessive radiation (avoid over exposure).
- Take proper care of the mobile equipment used for portable x-ray services.
- Participates on-call duties as required by the department.
- Performs other assigned tasks and duties assigned by the Chief of Radiology.
Skills Description
- Self motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field.
- Ability to speak, write and read Arabic and English.
