Duties and Responsibilities
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Calibrate, repair and maintain Biomedical Equipment.
- Perform planned preventive Maintenance procedures.
- Perform acceptance procedures for new equipment.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment.
- Participate in the departmental “on-call” Rota.
- Current knowledge of Biomedical equipment, operation and Maintenance.
Skills
- Personal qualities / skills:
- Current knowledge of related equipment operation
- Working knowledge of installation and maintenance of equipment
- Ability to read and understand schematic/circuit diagrams and specifications
- Knowledge of electronic medical control system
