طبيب نائب اول جلدية (Senior Registrar Dermatologist)

1 Abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws. Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and those specific to the department/division.
2 Provides the highest attainable standard of patient care according to his/her clinical privileges and available resources
4 Carries out full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical duties as assigned by the director of department!head of division and the Consultant in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges.
5 Participates in the on-call duties as required by the department/division.
6 Participates in the improvement of quality of patient care (Total Quality Management Programme, Quality Assessment Improvement Programme) as applicable.
7 Teaches staff assigned for training purposes, and participates with the director of department} head of division and the Consultant in planning a programme of career development for trainees.
8 Fulfills the requirements of the Saudi Council for Health Specialties with regard to continuing medical education.
9 Participates in and/or actively supports approved research projects.
10 Deputizes for his/her superior as required and shares workload in his/her specialty during the absence of his/her colleagues
11 Strives to improve his/her clinical expertise as well as standard of practice with regard to morbiditv and cost effectiveness.
12 Participates in the Major Disaster Plan of the hospital, as indicated
13 Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, within the hospital and/or affiliated medical facilities.

2 يوفر أعلى مستوى يمكن بلوغه من رعاية المرضى وفقًا لامتيازاته السريرية والموارد المتاحة
4 ينفذ مجموعة كاملة من الواجبات السريرية للمرضى الداخليين والخارجيين على النحو الذي يحدده مدير القسم! رئيس القسم والاستشاري وفقًا للامتيازات السريرية المعتمدة بشكل فردي.
5 يشارك في واجبات تحت الطلب كما هو مطلوب من قبل القسم / القسم.
6 يشارك في تحسين جودة رعاية المرضى (برنامج إدارة الجودة الشاملة ، برنامج تحسين تقييم الجودة) حسب الاقتضاء.
7 يعلم الموظفين المعينين لأغراض التدريب ، ويشارك مع مدير القسم أو رئيس القسم والمستشار في التخطيط لبرنامج التطوير الوظيفي للمتدربين.
8 يستوفي متطلبات الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الطبي المستمر.
9 يشارك في و / أو يدعم بنشاط المشاريع البحثية المعتمدة.
10 يندوب عن رئيسه حسب الحاجة ويشارك أعباء العمل في تخصصه أثناء غياب زملائه / زملائها
11 يسعى جاهداً إلى تحسين خبرته / خبرتها السريرية بالإضافة إلى مستوى الممارسة فيما يتعلق بالمراضة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
12 تشارك في خطة الكوارث الكبرى للمستشفى ، كما هو محدد
13 يؤدي المهام والواجبات المطبقة الأخرى المعينة في نطاق معرفته / معرفتها ومهاراته وقدراته ، داخل المستشفى و / أو المرافق الطبية التابعة.

1 Graduate from a recognizcd medical school.
2 Saudi Board or equivalent higher qualification in Dermatology
3 Certificate in Dermatology post qualification in General Medicinc.
4 Specialized professional post qualification training/experience for a minimum of thrcc (3) years in Dermatology, in a recognized center.
.5 SpecialiL*d professional traininglexpcricnce in Dermatology for a minimum of two (2) years after obtaining the higher qualification in General Medicine in a recogni7ßd center
6 Some specialized experience in Dermatology after obtaining the higher qualification in Dermatology for category B, C and D hospitals.
Preferred:
1 Self motivated and with axsareness of current trends in the field.
2 Ability to speak, write and read Arabic and English.
3 Proven management and leadership skills.

1 تخرج من كلية الطب معترف بها.
2 البورد السعودي أو مؤهل عالي في الأمراض الجلدية
3 شهادة في الأمراض الجلدية بعد التخرج في الطب العام.
4 تدريب / خبرة مهنية متخصصة بعد التأهيل لمدة لا تقل عن (3) سنوات في الأمراض الجلدية ، في مركز معترف به.
.5 تدريب مهني متخصص في الأمراض الجلدية لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين (2) بعد الحصول على مؤهل أعلى في الطب العام في مركز معترف به.
6 - بعض الخبرة المتخصصة في الأمراض الجلدية بعد الحصول على المؤهل العالي في طب الأمراض الجلدية لمستشفيات الفئة B و C و D.
يفضل:
1 الدافع الذاتي ومع محاور الإدراك للاتجاهات الحالية في هذا المجال.
2 القدرة على التحدث والكتابة والقراءة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
3 مهارات إدارية وقيادية مثبتة.
