1.Carries out the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of the patients and to do investigational and therapeutic procedures whenever necessary.

2.Perform Cryotherapy, Phototherapy (e.g., PUVA), excision of moles or other small lesions under local anaesthesia.

3.Perform Biopsies for obscure lesions and other procedures for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.

4.Perform full in-patient management for those who need admission.

5.Offers consultation to other units or Departments.

6.Takes on – call duty according to Departmental ROTA.

7.Participate in the teaching and training of the medical junior Staff, medical students and other Staff who need it.

8.Undertakes and participates in research projects in collaboration with medical and paramedical staff as appropriate.

9.Participates in the administration of the department as allocated by Chief of   Medicine.

10.Participate in the quality improvement activities of the department.
