.4.1. To participate in the daily work of the dispensary in a professional and ethical manner, as directed by the Assistant Director and Director of Pharmacy.
4.2. To ensure that dispensing and dispensing practices are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner in accordance to the Policy and Procedure Guides of the Department and the Hospital, and also in accordance with the Pharmacy Dispensing Work Instructions agreed by the Department.
4.3. To assist with stock control and stock availability within the pharmacies, in accordance with the Policy and Procedure Guides.
4.4. To coordinate with Warehouse, Clinics, Nurse Station and Doctors to liquidate near expiry drugs.
4.5. To assist with aseptic and non aseptic pharmacy manufacture, including the manufacture of T.P.N.
4.6. To counsel patients, according to the “Pharmacy Dispensing Work Instructions”, on how to use their medications.
4.7. To perform other appropriate tasks and duties that are assigned within their levels of skills, abilities and knowledge.
4.8. To assist in unit dose, iv admixture, medication reconcillation and medication order review.

4.2. لضمان أن يتم تنفيذ الاستغناء عن ممارسات الاستغناء بطريقة آمنة وفعالة وفعالة وفقا لمبادئ توجيهية السياسة والإجراءات في القسم والمستشفى ، وأيضا وفقا لتعليمات العمل الصيدلي الاستغناء التي وافقت عليها الإدارة.

4.3. للمساعدة في مراقبة المخزون وتوافر المخزون داخل الصيدليات ، وفقًا لإرشادات السياسة والإجراءات.

4.4. للتنسيق مع Warehouse و Clinics و Nurse Station والأطباء للتصفية قرب أدوية انتهاء الصلاحية.

4.5. للمساعدة في تصنيع الصيدليات العقيم وغير العقيم ، بما في ذلك تصنيع T.P.N.

4.6. لإسداء المشورة للمرضى ، وفقًا "لتعليمات العمل في الصيدلية" ، حول كيفية استخدام الأدوية الخاصة بهم.

4.7. لأداء المهام والواجبات المناسبة الأخرى التي يتم تعيينها ضمن مستويات مهاراتهم وقدراتهم ومعرفتهم.

4.8. للمساعدة في جرعة وحدة ، المزيج الرابع ، التوفيق بين الدواء ومراجعة النظام الدواء.

.a. Graduated from an accredited College or University with a Degree in Pharmacy.
b. Currently registered as a Pharmacist from an accepted place, according to hospital policy.  
c. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential.
d. Good written and spoken English.
e. The applicant must be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities.
f. The applicant must be able to liaise with other staff and clinicians on a professional level and have good interpersonal skills.
g. The applicant will be a calm, caring person who is sensitive to the cultural differences inherent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and those of other members of staff.
h. The applicant will maintain professional standards and attitudes, at all times, in line with departmental and hospital expectations, policies and procedures.

أ. تخرج من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة مع شهادة في الصيدلة.

ب. مسجلة حاليًا كصيادلة من مكان مقبول ، وفقًا لسياسة المستشفى.

ج. الألفة مع مايكروسوفت أوفيس أمر ضروري.

د. جيد الانجليزية تحدثا وكتابة.

ه. يجب أن يكون مقدم الطلب قادراً على إثبات قدرات حل المشكلات. F. يجب أن يكون المتقدم قادراً على التواصل مع الموظفين والأطباء الآخرين على المستوى المهني ولديه مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين.

ز. سيكون مقدم الطلب شخصًا هادئًا ومهتمًا ويحساسًا بالاختلافات الثقافية المتأصلة في المملكة العربية السعودية وتلك الخاصة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس الآخرين.

هيدروجين. سوف يحافظ مقدم الطلب على المعايير والمواقف المهنية ، في جميع الأوقات ، بما يتماشى مع توقعات وسياسات وإجراءات الأقسام والمستشفيات.
