Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out daily secretarial and administrative duties within the department
- Use shorthand to take minutes of meetings and take dictation of letters and other correspondence.
- Establish and maintain excellent rapport with any member of staff whilst dealing discretely with confidential papers relating to assessment, performance, etc
Skills
- Good standard of oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Computer literate; proficient in MS Applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other word-processing and other computer software programs.
