Job Description
3.1 Prepares correspondences in English Language.
3.2 Prepares minutes of the meetings.
3.3 Arrange and archives department files and ensure that it is done in an orderly
manner.
3.4 Provides service to the physician such as typing documents and other paper works
and presentation.
3.5 Covers other duties of Medical Administrative Assistant while on leave.
3.6 Receives telephone calls and other queries pertaining to the office of Deputy Director
of Medical Administration
