Job Description
1. Deal with all incoming and outgoing mail, and record it before filing in accordance to
practice or criteria applied by the department.
2. Be responsible for typing correspondence, reports and records as required by the
department or assigned.
3. Answer telephone queries, make appointments, and attend to any department' visitors.
4. Arrange and attend meetings as assigned or requested, take and compose minutes for
approval as necessary.
5. Carry out all other office duties necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient running of
the administrative side of the department.
6. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee?s
knowledge, skills and abilities.
Skills Description
1. Ability to type a speed of 30+ words per minute.
2. Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
3. Knowledge in using Office software including word processor, spreadsheets, etc. (e.g., Word, Excel, and other software office applications).
